During the regular hospital hours, we are prepared
to handle your calls, appointments and questions.
In order to run the hospital efficiently and to avoid long waiting
time, appointments are recommended. However, if you think your pet
needs immediate medical attention, the receptionist will have you
come in immediately.
For this reason, it sometimes happens that your scheduled appointments
may be delayed while an emergency is handled. Your understanding and
patience will be appreciated in such a case. If it is your emergency,
you would receive care first.
The hospital is inspected and approved by Japanese Animal Hospital
Association as a 24-hour emergency hospital. Emergency calls are handled
any time, and doctors are available on call. |
